Athens, GA - Appearing on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams referred to abortion as an “economic issue” that could help alleviate the fiscal strains of historic inflation. “Let’s be clear, having children is why you’re worried about the price for gas,” said Abrams during the interview with MSNBC contributor, Mike Barnicle.
Longtime viewers of Morning Joe were divided on whether or not they agreed with Stacey Abrams’s macabre solution to record inflation. “I mean, by that logic why don’t we just nuke Ohio and save a bunch of money in the process?” one viewer was stated as saying. It should be noted that the Federal Reserve does not at this time endorse the plan of creating a giant crater where Ohio used to be to reduce inflation.
Another viewer had this to add: “I think we shouldn’t limit abortions to six months. My little boy is a brat, maybe we should think about legalizing 260-week abortions to fight off inflation.” Stacey Abrams is set to face off against incumbent Governor Brian Kemp on November 8th, 2022. Currently Brian Kemp is enjoying a 5.6% lead in election polls.
