Washington, DC - In what many would consider cruel and unusual punishment, the Select January 6th Congressional Committee handed down their sentence to President Trump: he must watch the Obama Netflix documentary on loop for 24 hours.
The punishment comes with the caveat that Donald Trump cannot talk back to the movie when he’s watching it, and Democrats insisted that his eyes should be pried open like that scene from the movie A Clockwork Orange.
The Vice Chairwoman of the Committee, Liz Cheney (R-WY), had this to say during a press conference shortly after the Committee hearing, “With this sentence, justice has been handed out to a man who was not at all responsible for the January 6th protest. He even tweeted out that protesters should go home, but thankfully Twitter took that post down so we could blame Trump for the whole thing.”
