ChatGPT working overtime after a White House intern accidentally deleted the SOTU speech on Biden’s computer

Washington, DC - The White House was buzzing today as it was discovered that an intern had accidentally overwritten the State of the Union speech to make room for their tik tok videos. The intern was allegedly filming a video called “A day in the life of a White House intern” where they tried out fancy coffees, ate a five course breakfast, and worked a total of three hours throughout the day.

Realizing that they had saved over the State of the Union, the intern was quick to turn to ChatGPT to try to pump out a serviceable replacement speech before 8:00pm tonight. The story, told by an inside source that has requested to remain anonymous, provides details about a chaotic White House that seems unprepared for Millennials accidentally deleting their work so they can post on social media.

“We really should’ve had a contingency plan,” said the head of White House interns to a crowd of reporters. “After the story came out that we’re using ChatGPT to write the State of the Union, we were worried that the President might sound robotic in his speech tonight,” the staffer continued. “But believe me, Biden sounding like a robot is the most lively you will ever see him in 2023.”
