Beto O’Rourke goes house to house asking if he can take your AR-15s, your AK-47s

Austin, TX - Following his failed gubernatorial campaign, Beto O’Rourke was seen walking house to house asking people if he could take their so-called assault weapons. “He just kept repeating, ‘Hell yes’ to himself over and over again,” said one neighbor in Austin. “I didn’t vote for Beto, but I am concerned for his mental health.”

Despite losing his Governor’s bid by 11%, O’Rourke seemed hell-bent on collecting every rifle from his Austin neighbors that he could. “I just told Mr. Robert Francis O’Rourke that I lost my AR in a boating accident,” said another neighbor on Wednesday morning.

Beto was later spotted carrying what appeared to be a large collection of BB guns as he proudly strutted back to his house. “Every little bit counts, can you believe that these people were so willing to buy back their guns?” Beto was heard telling himself after his door-to-door collection scheme was complete.
