MSNBC recommends feeding your pets bugs to combat climate change

NYC, New York - Morning Joe hosts were excited to demonstrate their newest version of climate-friendly pet food on Monday morning to a captivated studio audience of liberals from around the country.

"And if you look here, Scribbles, the cat I share with my cohost, is very eager to get her grub on," said Joe Scarborough while force-feeding his cat a conglomerate of bugs, worms, and dirt. "She, come on now, eat it! - she loves that not only is this meal nutritious, it helps save the planet!" continued Scarborough as he shoved the spoonful of bugs down his cat's throat.

Mika Brzezinski was seen testing out some of the human equivalent bug food off screen, in between commercial breaks of Morning Joe. "Wow, it really is the worst kind of food experience," Mika was heard saying. "It really makes you long for the simple pleasure of actual meat, I love saving the planet by hurting myself with food!" Morning Joe will officially be taste-testing some of the bug bean burritos that will appear on the official Chipotle menu later this month.
